Bringing together a buyer and seller doesn't end with the contract. My seller is out of state and needed assistance clearing the home of antiques, furniture, appliances, dishes, 37inch flat screen tv, deep freezer and other items..I offered to assist to help with delivering the property vacant to the new owner.
